- Driving outbound sales - high volume calling to generate new business and convert warm leads.
- Handling inbound enquiries - turning customer requests into confirmed sales.
- Building a strong pipeline - managing smaller opportunities with disciplined follow up.
- Delivering great service - clear pricing, accurate info, smooth customer journeys.
- Keeping CRM up to date - logging calls, tracking leads, recording conversions.
- Spotting upsell opportunities - recommending additional services where relevant.
