Principal / Associate Civil Engineer 55k- 65k plus benefits Bristol

Have you reached the point in your career where you want to progress but there is no opportunity to do so? Our client is an award-winning national consultancy with multiple offices. Their Bristol office is looking for an experienced civil engineer to come in and build a team around them. They are seeking candidates at either principal or associate level and will be offered fast track to promotion opportunities.

About you:

  • Strong technical experience, skills and knowledge
  • Good local connections
  • Keen to become involved in business development
  • Able to manage and build a team
  • Sound judgement and good industry knowledge
  • Experience overseeing projects, managing resource and budget
  • At least 5 years' UK experience

Whilst there is a readymade workload, the successful candidate will have the desire to become involved in business development. Initially it is envisaged much of your time will be spent in the office, as you grow the team around you, but this is flexible. If you have consultancy experience on major drainage schemes, knowledge of industry standard software and can provide practical, efficient and innovative solutions to engineering problems - our client will want to meet you.
