The Opportunity

You’ll join a high-performing team delivering the full range of commercial surveying services. From inception through to negotiation, delivery and completion, you’ll play a central role in advising clients across the full property lifecycle. This position is perfect for a newly chartered or experienced MRICS Building Surveyor seeking a role with impact, variety and genuine progression.

  • Planned Preventative Maintenance
  • Dilapidations & Exit Strategies
  • Party Wall matters (experience welcome but not essential)
