Location: Avonmouth

Salary: £27,279 per year (OTE £32,734.80)

Hours: Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours (8-4 or 9-5)

The Role

As an Outbound Sales Consultant, you'll drive revenue by converting inbound enquiries and generating new business through confident, proactive outbound calling. You'll own your pipeline, deliver standout customer service, and play a key part in growing our commercial offering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound sales - Make high volume outbound calls to win new business and convert warm leads.
  • Inbound conversions - Turn incoming enquiries into confirmed sales with speed and accuracy.
  • Pipeline ownership - Build, manage, and convert a steady flow of smaller commercial opportunities.
  • Customer experience - Deliver clear pricing, confident communication, and a smooth sales journey every time.
  • CRM discipline - Keep call notes, lead statuses, and outcomes updated and accurate.
  • Upsell & cross sell - Spot opportunities to add value and increase revenue.
