Coyle Personnel are currently seeking Community Psychiatric Nurses for long term contracts based in the Bristol area.

Location: Bristol

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00

Pay Rate: £25-£27 per hour

Start Date: ASAP

Potential to compress hours for the right candidate.

Applicants must have at least 6 months community experience to apply for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality mental health care to service users, including assessments, care planning, and therapeutic interventions.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of service user mental health needs.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to support the mental health needs of service users and their families.
  • Manage a caseload, adhering to service protocols and procedures.
  • Maintain a high standard of nursing care, including clinical procedures, treatments, and the custody, storage, and administration of drugs.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Current RMN qualification with active registration.
  • Previous experience working within a Community Mental Health Team.
  • Experience holding a caseload of at least 20-25.
  • Excellent communication, risk assessment, and crisis intervention skills.
  • Access to a vehicle & full drivers licence.
