The Opportunity
This role offers a rare opportunity for a senior planning professional to lead and build a regional office with genuine autonomy, supported by an established consultancy with strong national relationships. While the preference is for a Director‑level hire, strong Associate Directors seeking progression and ready to step into a leadership role will also be considered.

- Strong residential planning experience
- A network and pipeline of work, ideally including national or major clients
