The role is to support the Missile Systems University Training Manager with training content instructional design, content creation and training delivery activities for Transfer of Knowledge (ToK) activities. This role provides direct support to the Training Manager and will include:
- Engaging with Subject Matter Experts (SME) acting as a training technical interface to support and guide their training material Design and Creation activities
- Supporting SMEs with their technical interactions with the wider business elements in support of training material Design and Creation
- Ensuring relevant training development processes are observed to ensure developed material is Brand Compliant
- Ensuring technical coherence and overall quality of the ToK delivery packages for each transfer element
- Supporting the Training Manager during internal & external governance activities ensuring time, cost and quality compliance
- Leading/supporting technical engagements with internal and external stakeholders on ToK topics
- Ensuring relevant IP, IPR & Licencing considerations are appropriately managed at all times.
