What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing all aspects of HR administration
  • Reviewing and improving HR processes and procedures
  • Managing and maintaining the HRIS system
  • Producing accurate KPI reports and HR metrics
  • Supporting low‑level employee relations cases, including long‑term sickness
  • Responding to day‑to‑day queries from managers and employees
  • Reviewing, updating, and rewriting job descriptions and internal documentation
  • Acting as a trusted point of contact within a busy, fast‑paced environment

This is a hands‑on and varied role where no two days will be the same.
