An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Corporate Sales team at the newly re-developed BMW & MINI Wolverhampton showroom site. Representing two of the world's most iconic automotive brands, this role is ideal for a motivated, commercially driven individual with a passion for relationship-building and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
As a Corporate Sales Executive specialising in Broker Sales, you will play a key role in expanding and strengthening our broker network across the UK. Working within a high-performing team, you will develop strategic partnerships, identify new business opportunities, and provide tailored mobility solutions for broker partners and their customers.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building and managing strong relationships with leasing brokers and corporate partners
- Developing new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts
- Representing BMW and MINI with professionalism, passion, and product expertise
- Delivering tailored vehicle funding and fleet solutions to meet customer requirements
- Working collaboratively with the wider Sytner Group Corporate Sales team to maximise opportunities across all brands
- Managing enquiries, quotations, and vehicle orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintaining a proactive approach to market trends, competitor activity, and fleet industry developments
- Acting as a true ambassador for Sytner Wolverhampton and the BMW/MINI brands
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience within automotive corporate sales, broker sales, leasing, or fleet sales is highly desirable
- A strong relationship-builder with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Commercially focused with a proven ability to generate and convert business opportunities
- Organised, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about delivering premium customer service
