In this role you will be the go‑to expert for technical customer queries. You will work closely with clients, understand their needs and requirements and propose tailored technical solutions for them. You will prepare quotes and costings, occasionally attend sites and be responsible for the development and delivery of these solutions.
This company has been operating for over two decades and is a leading designer and manufacturer of temperature control equipment for cryogenic research. They are a major supplier for universities such as Oxford and Cambridge and private businesses. They are experiencing significant growth and are looking for a graduate to train and develop.
This role would suit a mechanical engineering or physics graduate, who is eager to take on an exciting opportunity to develop their sales skills, within a company that offers ample training, progression and a great commission structure.
The Role:
- Responding to technical customer queries and create tailored solutions
- Prepare quotations and costings for products and services
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits
- Support customers on technical and procurement matters from pre to post sales
- Monday - Thursday, 8am-4:30pm and Friday 8:30am-1pm
The Person:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, physics or similar
