Location: Witham

Hours: Monday to Thursday: 6:00am - 2:30pm (45 minutes break at 9:00am and 12:00pm) - Friday: 6:00am - 2:00pm (same break structure)

Pay: £12.71ph + Holiday, Pension and Adecco Benefits - Pay increase upon going permanent

Duration: Temporary to Permanent

Start Date: Immediate start after successful interview

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Window Fabricator to join our factory production team. This is a hands-on role involving the manufacture and assembly of windows, with opportunities to gain experience across multiple departments as you progress.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work across various stages of the window manufacturing process
  • Operate on the hanging line and assist with window assembly
  • Learn and apply knowledge of different window furniture options and product ranges
  • Support the stores department with window packing and preparation
  • Ensure all work is completed to quality standards and production targets
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Assist with additional factory duties as required

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in manufacturing or window fabrication (desirable)
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills across departments
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Good practical and manual handling skills
