Salary: 27,540 - 33,542 per annum

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 5:15pm (39 or 47.5 hours per week)

Prime Appointments are seeking a Warehouse Operator to join a renowned British Manufacturing and Production company based in Witham. This is a great permanent opportunity for someone with experience in a warehouse and logistics environment who is looking to develop their skills and grow within a well-established organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain excellent housekeeping standards and practices within the logistics area.
  • Ensure stock movements are managed in accordance with company and industry standards.
  • Ensure technical procedures are up to date, understood, and followed.
  • Perform and record product tests as required.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene at all times.
  • Monitor safe working practices within the team and address any unsafe conditions or behaviours immediately.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse and logistics environment.
  • A positive and cooperative attitude towards colleagues and other departments.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and work in a cost-efficient manner.

Salary & Hours:

  • 27,540 - 33,542 per annum
  • Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 5:15pm
  • Option to work either 39 hours or 47.5 hours per week
