- Direct mentorship from an established Managing Director
- Exposure to a wide variety of construction projects and clients
- A respected consultancy with an excellent reputation in the market
- A role designed around growth, development and succession rather than short-term cover
What you will be doing:

- Supporting clients, designers, contractors and stakeholders to ensure compliance with CDM Regulations
- Conducting design risk reviews and hazard identification workshops
- Preparing and maintaining Pre‑Construction Information (PCI) and Health & Safety Files
- Developing Construction Phase Plans (CPP), Risk Assessments and Method Statements
- Undertaking site inspections and audits across live construction environments
- Providing ongoing Health & Safety support to contractors and sub‑contractors
- Monitoring statutory compliance for large property‑owning organisations across the UK and Northern Ireland
What you will need to be considered:
- Experience in a Health and Safety / CDM role within a Construction environment - auditing construction sites, producing RAMS and ideally Pre‑Construction Information
- Strong working knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015
