We are proud to work alongside our client, a well‑established national organisation, in searching for a Service Advisor to be based within their automotive workshop.

What does the role involve?

  • Provide clients with a personalised, premium experience as they return for servicing, MOT and repairs.
  • Provide customers with all necessary information to assist in decisions about the servicing of their vehicle.
  • Liaise with the service department to ensure customers receive the optimum level of service at all times.
  • Book vehicles into the workshop.
  • Resolve any queries that customers may have.

Your Experience

  • Experience in a similar role within a dealership or vehicle service environment is desirable.
  • Good communication and computer skills are advantageous.

Our client offers fantastic company benefits and a basic salary of 32,000 – 35,000 pounds per annum.
