We are seeking a Contracts & Export Co‑Ordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Process and manage Sales Contracts.
  • Coordinate contracted sales activities with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ensure all work follows company procedures, integrated compliance systems, and external regulations.
  • Champion Export Control compliance across the department and wider business.
  • Collaborate with internal and external customers to deliver outstanding service and ensure smooth business operation.
  • Maintain clear communication and stay organized in a busy environment.

In this role, you will take ownership of processing and managing Sales Contracts, and you will coordinate contracted sales activities with accuracy and attention to detail. You will also make sure all work follows company procedures, integrated compliance systems, and external regulations.
