Our client, a leading and rapidly expanding automotive service provider in Wilmslow, Cheshire, is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their dedicated team. Duties

  • Conduct vehicle servicing and repairs in accordance with industry standards
  • Perform fast‑fit tyre fitting, including wheel alignments and balancing as a Vehicle Technician
  • Fit brakes, exhausts, batteries, suspension components, and other mechanical parts
  • Carry out MOT repairs and inspections in compliance with DVSA regulations
  • Use diagnostic equipment efficiently to identify vehicle faults
  • Advise customers on vehicle maintenance and future repair needs
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure high service standards

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in the Automotive Industry
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician in a professional workshop environment
  • Familiarity with fast‑fit services, including tyre fitting, brake repairs, and exhaust systems
  • Competent in using diagnostic tools and testing procedures
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service and team collaboration
