About the Role
We are recruiting an experienced or trainee Recruitment Consultant to work full‑time and permanent on the recruitment team. You will help build relationships with candidates and deliver a strong recruitment experience. You will work closely with the Recruitment Manager and receive a structured development program that could lead to a Directorship.
Responsibilities
- Recruit new hires and manage the full sourcing and recruitment cycle.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
- Deliver a high‑quality recruitment experience through intelligent conversations and relationship building.
- Work within a fast‑paced environment and meet recruitment targets.
- Participate in coaching, mentoring and training sessions as part of the comprehensive development program.
Requirements
- Recruitment experience of 3 years minimum.
- Strong drive, determination and motivation.
- Confident, resilient personality with excellent communication skills.
