About the Role

We are recruiting an experienced or trainee Recruitment Consultant to work full‑time and permanent on the recruitment team. You will help build relationships with candidates and deliver a strong recruitment experience. You will work closely with the Recruitment Manager and receive a structured development program that could lead to a Directorship.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit new hires and manage the full sourcing and recruitment cycle.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Deliver a high‑quality recruitment experience through intelligent conversations and relationship building.
  • Work within a fast‑paced environment and meet recruitment targets.
  • Participate in coaching, mentoring and training sessions as part of the comprehensive development program.

Requirements

  • Recruitment experience of 3 years minimum.
  • Strong drive, determination and motivation.
  • Confident, resilient personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced setting.
