We are currently recruiting for Production Operative roles for our client based in Tamworth B79. Our client is a leading plastic injection moulding specialist who manufactures products for a number of different industries.

As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the production of plastic products. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Details

  • Hours of work: Monday to Friday 6am-2pm & 2pm - 10pm - please note this is a rotating shift so you must be able to work both shifts.
  • Rate of pay is £12.91 per hour.
  • Overtime available based on production needs.

Role of a Production Operative

  • Operate injection molding machines and other production equipment.
  • Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments.
  • Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
