Are you passionate about helping people build confidence in the water? Comfortable in a swimming baths and confident guiding others through their swimming journey - from floating to freestyle? We're looking for enthusiastic Swimming Instructors to join our team and deliver high-quality lessons through the Swim England Learn to Swim Pathway. Whether you're helping someone swim their first length or refine their technique, your support makes a real difference.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading engaging, safe, and structured lessons for all ages
  • Using your knowledge of Swim England's framework to guide learners
  • Supervising participants and ensuring poolside safety at all times
  • Encouraging progress, celebrating achievements, and handing out the occasional badge (and yes, they matter!)
  • Setting up and tidying away poolside equipment - because nobody likes floating noodles in the deep end

What We're Looking For

  • A Level 2 Swimming Teaching Qualification (or equivalent)
  • NRASTC or NPLQ
  • Strong communication and motivational skills
  • A calm, patient approach and the ability to adapt to different learners
  • Someone who can keep cool under pressure
