- Recognised apprenticeship as a Vehicle Damage Assessor and technical qualification (NVQ/VCQ/SVQ/ATA)
- Previous experience working as a Vehicle Damage Assessor within a busy body shop
- Strong team player, self‑motivation to earn bonus hours
- Highest standard and up‑to‑date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques
- ATA qualified and up‑to‑date Audatex certificate (ideally)
