This is a senior workstream leadership role responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the Crane Capability workstream within the Strategic Projects programme. The role supports SHOP and wider programme requirements and involves close coordination with other workstreams, crane SMEs in the supply chain, and internal governance committees. Reporting into the Head of Strategic Projects, the postholder has full accountability for planning, delivery, cost control, risk management, resources, and governance across the workstream.

Core Experience & Background

  • Senior Project / Workstream Lead with 10+ years' project management experience (10-15 preferred)
  • Demonstrable experience delivering projects where cranes are a primary or significant part of scope (this is critical)
  • Background in engineering, construction, project management, or a similar technical discipline
  • Experience working in complex, regulated environments
