We are seeking an experienced Workstream Lead to drive the delivery of a complex portfolio of strategic projects focused on strengthening programme resilience and accelerating mission‑critical delivery. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Projects, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple interrelated projects, ensuring effective management of budgets, resources, risks, governance, and delivery schedules. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to initiate and shape projects that remove operational vulnerabilities, improve programme resilience, and deliver strategic benefits. The role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage change, challenge existing ways of working, and drive continuous improvement across project teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of a portfolio of strategic projects that strengthen programme resilience and deliver mission‑critical outcomes.
- Manage budgets, resources, risks, governance, and delivery schedules across interrelated projects.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to shape and initiate projects that remove operational vulnerabilities and improve programme resilience.
Qualifications / Experience Required
- Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of project management experience in complex regulated environments.
- APM qualification or equivalent.
- UK National Security Vetting Status: Ability to gain SC Clearance.
