Salary: £24,784.50 - £28,000 (depending on experience) + bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 4:30pm (37.5 hours, 30-minute unpaid break)
About the Role
Our client is looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join their Supply Chain team in Whetstone. This role focuses on goods receiving, stock control, and shipping, with full training provided. You’ll play a key part in ensuring materials are handled carefully, tracked accurately, and prepared to meet customer requirements. This is a hands-on, varied role within a supportive and high-performing team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Receiving finished goods into the ERP system
- Carefully handling and storing materials
- Preparing and packing orders for dispatch
- Creating customer documentation (full training provided)
- Arranging courier collections (UPS, FedEx, etc.)
- Supporting stock control and regular stock checks
- Maintaining accurate records and traceability
- Assisting with goods in, work order release, and general stores duties
- Supporting customs clearance processes (training provided)

Experience in supply chain, warehousing, or ERP systems is beneficial but not essential.
Training & Development
Full training provided from day one. Initial shadowing and gradual responsibility. Expected to build confidence and show progression within 3 months. Full role understanding typically achieved within 6 months.
