Location: Whetstone

Salary: £24,784.50 - £28,000 (depending on experience) + bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 4:30pm (37.5 hours, 30-minute unpaid break)

About the Role

Our client is looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join their Supply Chain team in Whetstone. This role focuses on goods receiving, stock control, and shipping, with full training provided. You’ll play a key part in ensuring materials are handled carefully, tracked accurately, and prepared to meet customer requirements. This is a hands-on, varied role within a supportive and high-performing team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Receiving finished goods into the ERP system
  • Carefully handling and storing materials
  • Preparing and packing orders for dispatch
  • Creating customer documentation (full training provided)
  • Arranging courier collections (UPS, FedEx, etc.)
  • Supporting stock control and regular stock checks
  • Maintaining accurate records and traceability
  • Assisting with goods in, work order release, and general stores duties
  • Supporting customs clearance processes (training provided)

Training & Development

  • Full training provided from day one
  • Initial shadowing and gradual responsibility
  • Expected to build confidence and show progression within 3 months
  • Full role understanding typically achieved within 6 months
