Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded and long-established law firm in Wetherby for an ambitious Newly Qualified Private Client Solicitor to join their expanding Private Client department. This is an outstanding opportunity for an NQ Solicitor looking to build a long-term career within a supportive and forward-thinking firm that genuinely invests in its people. Location: Wetherby / Hybrid Working Available Following Probation

Salary: 35,000 - 45,000 per annum DOE + Excellent Benefits

Responsibilities as a NQ Private Client Solicitor:

  • Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Probate and Estate Administration matters
  • Trust administration
  • Inheritance Tax and Estate Planning
  • Court of Protection matters

About you as a NQ Private Client Solicitor:

  • Qualified Solicitor or due to qualify shortly (NQ level)
  • Previous Private Client experience gained during Training Contract or Paralegal work
  • Strong client care and communication skills
  • A genuine interest in developing a career within Private Client law
