Our client, a well-established global company, is seeking a Returns Administrator to join their busy and supportive team on an 18-month contract. This role offers the flexibility of working two days from home, alongside excellent company benefits, including 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays and an early Friday finish.
Role Overview
As a Returns Administrator, you will play a key role in coordinating the return of goods to the company, managing queries, and supporting administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicating with customers and end users via telephone and email.
- Organising and scheduling collections of products, ensuring stock readiness for collection.
- Booking collections and maintaining accurate records.
- Updating and managing departmental spreadsheets.
- Performing general administrative duties to support the team.
