Looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Employability Practitioner Apprenticeship Tutor to join the growing team. Committed to helping people develop skills, confidence and behaviours needed to thrive in the workplace, this is your chance to make a real impact.
Duties
- Deliver engaging, structured learning sessions aligned to the employability practitioner apprenticeship standard.
- Provide one-to-one coaching online and some small group online.
- Mentoring and support tailored to the learner's needs.
- Dealing with learners who work mainly as coaches with challenging caseloads, careers advisors, case workers, IAG advisors.
- Prepare learners for end-point assessment.
- Use a range of digital tools and platforms to deliver blended learning.
- Track learner progress, set clear targets and maintain records.
- Build strong relationships with employers to support workplace development and on the job learning.
- Ensure all delivery meets quality, compliance, and safeguarding expectations.
Experience essential for this role
- Must be able to travel to Walsall and Staffordshire once every 2 months, mileage paid.
- A recognised teaching, assessing, or coaching qualification or a willingness to work towards one.
- Experience working as an Employability practitioner or employment Advisor, Careers Coach, or similar role.
- A recognised level 4 or equivalent in information advice and guidance (IAG). Would accept level 3 IAG or equivalent.
Salary / hours
- £28,000 per annum.
- Working Monday to Thursday 8.45am - 5pm and Friday 8.45am - 4pm. 45 minutes lunch break each day.
