Customer Service Support
Our client based in between Wellington and Shrewsbury in the lovely Shropshire countryside is looking for a part time customer service person to join their team and strengthen the department. You will be answering the phone and e-mails from clients, helping them with all their enquiries which include usage spending reports, capability reports and pulling data from the system. In this very interesting and varied role, you will be using documents to communicate with the customer when required, you will also be using your reports to contact lapsed users and to monitor the service levels to and from the customer.
Ideal Candidate
- 2/3 years experience within Customer Service
- Computer literate, good knowledge of Word/Excel/Outlook
- Ability to pull data for reports from computer and use
- Can work on own initiative
- Good attention to detail
- Organised
- Reliable/Flexible
Hours: Flexible. Circa 25 Hours per week.
Salary: 13.46 per hour
