We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Class 2 Drivers to join our clients team based in Telford. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing multi-drop deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods to various locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class 2 vehicle to deliver goods to multiple locations.
- Load and unload goods, ensuring items are handled carefully to prevent damage.
- Verify delivery instructions and ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate delivery schedules.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, performing regular vehicle checks and reporting any issues.
- Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and delivery logs accurately.
Requirements
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) driving license.
- Proven experience as a Class 2 driver, preferably with multi-drop experience.
- Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as loading and unloading goods.
