Due to continued expansion, we currently have vacancies for Window Fitters to fit our products on site working throughout the UK.

Key Candidate Requirements

  • Knowledge of the building industry / CSCS card would be an advantage but is not essential as full training is provided.
  • Working on a job finish basis.
  • A full driving licence is necessary.
  • Good level of communication.
  • Strong team working skills.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative.
  • Willingness to work towards obtaining a C licence.

Duties & Details

  • Working as part of a 3‑man crew. Everyone starts as a third man whose role is to assist the crew with standing in and fitting of windows. Full training is provided.
  • Progression to 2nd and then 1st men is expected.
  • Start and finish times are determined by the site location; typical leaving time is 06:00.
  • Work is on a job finish basis; once the product is fitted the day is complete.
  • Scheduling typically includes a mix of local day (sites near to the factory) and long‑range day.
  • The product range includes PVC, aluminium and wood products fitted for new house builders (clients include Taylor Wimpey, Persimmon Homes, Barratts).
