ADM Pressings is seeking a skilled and motivated Welder to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components to high-quality standards while working safely and efficiently within a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform MIG welding on a variety of metal components and assemblies
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
  • Prepare materials and equipment prior to welding operations
  • Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met
  • Operate fabrication machinery and hand tools safely
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area
  • Follow all company health and safety procedures at all times
  • Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams to meet deadlines

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous welding experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
  • Ability to read technical drawings and measurements accurately
  • Experience with MIG welding essential; TIG welding experience desirable
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
  • Relevant welding qualifications or certifications preferred
