Fabricator Welder (MIG & TIG) Wanted - Immediate Start! Leicester (LE9) £15-£17/hour + (DOE) Temp to Perm, Full-Time

Are you an experienced Fabricator Welder with MIG & TIG experience? Regional Recruitment is recruiting for a Fabricator Welder (MIG & TIG) to join a specialist automotive business based in Leicester (LE9). This is an excellent opportunity to work within a growing organisation, with hands-on experience working on custom and repair projects, ideal for someone who takes real pride in precision and finish.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Proven expertise in MIG & TIG welding
  • Ability to work with thin gauge materials (around 2mm)
  • Strong eye for detail and quality

Desirable:

  • Background in automotive fabrication (highly desirable)
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

Roles & Responsibilities

  • MIG & TIG welding on a variety of automotive components
  • Fabricating panels for cars
  • Welding and modifying custom exhaust systems
  • Repairing damaged vehicle panels
  • Carrying out underbody repairs
  • Working with panels up to 2mm thickness
  • Ensuring high-quality finishes with strong attention to detail

Requirements

As a Fabricator Welder you will also be expected to:

  • Maintain high standards
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
