Highways Clearance Operative / 3.5T Cage Van Driver responsible for servicing and changing litter bins at bus stops and public highway locations, collecting waste, maintaining clean public areas, and safely operating a 3.5 tonne cage van while following health and safety procedures.

Job role:

  • Driving a 3.5 tonne cage van
  • Emptying and replacing litter bins at bus stops and roadside locations
  • Collecting rubbish and fly-tipping
  • Cleaning around bus shelters and pavements
  • Loading waste into the cage van
  • Using handheld devices to log completed work
  • Following highway safety procedures
  • Working outdoors in all weather

Pay and requirements:

  • £13.13 an hour weekly pay
  • Must have full UK manual driving licence
  • Monday to Friday (2:30pm-11pm) - Overtime available
  • Immediate start
  • Working within Hounslow borough
