We are currently recruiting for a skilled Sheet Metal Worker to join a rapidly expanding business supporting both military and commercial sectors. With exciting new projects launching, this is a fantastic time for a Sheet Metal Worker to become part of a growing and forward‑thinking team.

Location: Wolverhampton

Pay Rates:

  • Day Shift: £20.27 per hour PAYE
  • Rotational Shift: £23.31 per hour PAYE (NO nights)
  • Overtime available at premium rates

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble both light alloy and non‑light alloy components
  • Prepare weld preps for welding teams
  • Work efficiently to high‑quality standards in a fast‑paced environment

Requirements

  • Experience using belt sanders or linishing tools
  • Strong hand fabrication skills
  • Ability to bend and shape metals accurately
  • Experience working with thin sheet metals
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) preferred
  • Background in small sheet metal assembly
  • Previous sheet metal experience is highly desirable
