Blue Arrow is looking for a proactive and reliable Weaver to join our clients production team. Full training will be provided.
Once trained, you will:
- Understand and operate weaving looms effectively.
- Be responsible for productivity and product quality across a set of machines.
- Perform quality checks and maintain accurate production records.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations.
- Maintain clean and serviceable equipment and work areas.
- Adapt to changing production requirements.
- Promote a 'right first time, no fault forward' approach to quality.
- Support your team and communicate clearly.
- Carry out any additional duties required to meet business needs.
What We're Looking For
