About The Role: My client is looking for a Lettings Administrator to join their team based in Ferryhill. The role will be offered on a 3-month temporary contract, with a pathway to permanent for the right candidate. The successful candidate will have experience within the Lettings and Property market and be confident with the full tenancy lifecycle, and working within a structured, tech-driven environment using CRM systems and Fixflo. This is a process-led role with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement.
Duties:
- Manage records, calls, emails, and appointment bookings
- Coordinate viewings, inspections, and tenancy progression
- Act as a point of contact for tenants and landlords
- Support property marketing and monitor enquiries
- Ensure compliance with safety and lettings regulations
- Assist with maintenance coordination via Fixflo
- Support rent collection and payment arrangements
Salary: 25,000pa Yearly bonuses of up to 3000
Working Hours: 35hrs per week Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm NO WEEKENDS OR EVENINGS
