Our client is seeking a proactive Team Coordinator who thrives on organisation and efficiency to join their Major Programme Delivery (MPD) team. About the Role

As a Team Coordinator, you will be at the heart of project delivery, ensuring smooth coordination of resources, information, and processes. Your role will be pivotal in driving efficiency and effectiveness in a fast-paced environment. If you are someone who enjoys multi-tasking and has a keen eye for detail, this is the job for you!

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide administrative support for the operational delivery of Major Programme Delivery.
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities of the PMO COE/Major Programme Delivery team, including diary management and meeting scheduling.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of team member's availability and skill sets to support resource allocation.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding of project resources, ensuring all documentation is current and accurate.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards on resource utilisation and team performance metrics.
  • Organise team events, training sessions, and workshops to foster knowledge sharing.
  • Maintain process documentation and best practice guides within the PMO COE.
  • Handle general administrative tasks, including managing correspondence and processing invoices.
