The predicted salary is between 30 - 38 £ per hour.

Position: Pharmacy Dispenser

Start Date: ASAP

Working pattern: ADHOC or Regular Shifts

Shift Time: 12 hour shifts

Payment: 11.5 hours paid per shift which includes 1 hour of breaks

Rates: Dispenser - £14.78 to £19.00 per hour (PAYE or Umbrella options)

Job Overview:

  • Work onsite at our warehouse facility located just outside Coventry, ensuring the safe and compliant dispensing of medications.
  • Use our secure Electronic Health Records (EHR) system to process prescriptions and maintain confidentiality.
  • Accurately check prescriptions against protocols set by the Medical Team, ensuring all requirements are met for safe supply.
  • Prepare medications and liaise with the warehouse team to ensure timely dispatch.
  • Record concise and accurate notes in patient records as required.
  • Follow operational protocols for prescription processing and escalate issues as needed.
  • Engage in team training and meetings to stay updated on procedures and best practices.
  • Maintain your professional registration and keep up with continuing education requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • NVQ level 2 Pharmacy Assistant or Dispenser certification is essential.
  • UK Experience in a Pharmacy Dispenser role.
