We are looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor (PQS) to support our design and build solutions across various sectors. This role covers all aspects of quantity surveying from pre‑construction to handover.

Responsibilities

  • Provide cost consultancy services on a range of developments (primarily industrial and logistics).
  • Carry out pre‑contract and post‑contract work.
  • Act as an Employer’s Agent and Administrator for million‑plus design and build contracts.
  • Tender on behalf of clients, collate contract documents, and implement change control procedures.
  • Prepare and manage project cost estimates and budgets.
  • Prepare progress payment claims and assess variations.
  • Prepare hand‑over reports and provide final cost assessment.
  • Coordinate some travel as required for client meetings.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Demonstrated basic understanding of cost consultancy.
  • Experience managing own projects, including pre‑ and post‑contract work.
  • Good understanding of contract administration for large design and build contracts.
