We are looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor (PQS) to support our design and build solutions across various sectors. This role covers all aspects of quantity surveying from pre‑construction to handover.
Responsibilities
- Provide cost consultancy services on a range of developments (primarily industrial and logistics).
- Carry out pre‑contract and post‑contract work.
- Act as an Employer’s Agent and Administrator for million‑plus design and build contracts.
- Tender on behalf of clients, collate contract documents, and implement change control procedures.
- Prepare and manage project cost estimates and budgets.
- Prepare progress payment claims and assess variations.
- Prepare hand‑over reports and provide final cost assessment.
- Coordinate some travel as required for client meetings.
Qualifications & Experience
- Demonstrated basic understanding of cost consultancy.
- Experience managing own projects, including pre‑ and post‑contract work.
- Good understanding of contract administration for large design and build contracts.
