What you’ll be doing:
- Work as part of a team in a chilled and noisy environment.
- Lead a team of people to achieve daily production goals.
- Use initiative for problem solving, escalating appropriately.
- Follow instructions.
- Work unsupervised, completing compliance checks.
- Have a keen eye for detail, ensuring a right first‑time approach.
- Work with manufacturing equipment.
- Stand for long periods, work in a chilled environment and wear personal protective equipment.
