Shift Pattern: Monday till Friday, 17:00 - 00:30

Pay Rate: £14.30 per hour

What you'll be doing:

  • Working within an exciting and fast-paced environment as a key member of our high-risk team to ensure exceptional quality service to our customers.
  • The role can be physically demanding with a good amount of pushing, pulling, and lifting involved.
  • Work as part of a team in a chilled and noisy environment.
  • Lead a team of people to achieve daily production goals.
  • Use initiative for problem-solving and escalate appropriately.
  • Follow instructions and work unsupervised, completing compliance checks.
  • Have a keen eye for detail to ensure a right first-time approach.
  • Work with manufacturing equipment.
  • This role involves standing for long periods, working in a chilled environment, and wearing personal protective equipment.
  • Receive deliveries from suppliers and check goods against the delivery note.
  • Check all goods into the order-wise system as a priority.
  • Be familiar with all products and locations in the warehouse.
  • Report shortages to the manager immediately.
  • Be aware of minimum and maximum stock levels.
  • Ensure returned items are recorded correctly to maintain accurate stock levels.
