The predicted salary is between 30000 - 30000 £ per year.
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday. Fixed term contract for 12 months. Pay Rate: £14.30 per hour.
What you’ll be doing:
- Cook on temporary contract for maternity cover (12 months) providing efficient service within the on-site restaurant.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, meet cleaning and food hygiene standards, and assist the Catering Manager with daily duties.
- Prepare menu, cook and present dishes following good standards.
- Ensure kitchen is clean and follow food/hygiene regulations.
- Stock monitoring and ordering.
- Follow budget set by the Restaurant Manager and minimise wastage.
- Support the team during dedicated events and additional catering requests.
- Develop menu plans.

- Previous experience in a prep cook or similar role is advantageous.
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
