We are currently recruiting for an experienced Team Leader to join a newly built, modern warehouse supporting a fast‑paced retail and e‑commerce operation. Key Responsibilities
- Leading and motivating a warehouse team to achieve daily targets
- Supporting day‑to‑day warehouse operations including picking, packing, and dispatch
- Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed at all times
- Monitoring productivity and maintaining high operational standards
- Assisting with staff training and performance management
- Working closely with management to ensure smooth workflow across departments
Requirements
- Previous Team Leader or supervisory experience within a retail or e‑commerce warehouse environment
- Strong communication and organisational skills
