We are currently recruiting for an experienced Team Leader to join a newly built, modern warehouse supporting a fast‑paced retail and e‑commerce operation. Key Responsibilities

  • Leading and motivating a warehouse team to achieve daily targets
  • Supporting day‑to‑day warehouse operations including picking, packing, and dispatch
  • Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed at all times
  • Monitoring productivity and maintaining high operational standards
  • Assisting with staff training and performance management
  • Working closely with management to ensure smooth workflow across departments

Requirements

  • Previous Team Leader or supervisory experience within a retail or e‑commerce warehouse environment
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
