We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our busy warehouse operation. This is a hands-on role, supporting day-to-day warehouse activities while leading a small team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Working Hours: 08:00 – 16:00 (30-minute unpaid break)
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and supporting a team of warehouse operatives
- Overseeing daily warehouse activities to ensure productivity targets are met
- Allocating tasks and monitoring performance
- Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed at all times
- Supporting loading, unloading, and stock movement where required
- Assisting with general warehouse duties and problem solving on shift
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse leadership or supervisory role
- Ideally hold a valid FLT (Forklift Truck) licence or be willing to be trained
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to lead by example and motivate a team
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work under pressure
