We have a fantastic opportunity for you to work with our client as a full time Warehouse Operative in West Hallam Ilkeston, DE7 6HE.

Your pay rate as a full time Warehouse Operative: £13.13 per hour.

Typical working hours as a full time Warehouse Operative: Rotating shift (weekly) Monday to Friday, 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00. You will be required to work Sunday to Thursday pattern every other week.

Your role as a Warehouse Operative includes:

  • Picking and packing items ready for distribution
  • Using a handheld scanner to sort items
  • Boxing items on a line/station and rework area
  • Manual lifting involved (up to 23 KG)
  • Unloading & loading containers
  • Wrapping and unwrapping pallets
  • Adhering to and upholding strict health and safety standards
  • Ensuring the warehouse is always clean

What we are looking for in a successful candidate:

  • Have own reliable transport to reach the work location
  • Willing to handle alcohol, e.g., wine bottles
  • Good level of communication
  • Can adhere to and uphold strict health and safety standards
  • Wear PPE, which will be provided
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must already have a legal status to work in the UK
