Role: Warehouse Operative

Location: Magna Park, Lutterworth

Shift: Any 5 days out of 7, 6:00 am - 6:00 pm (Shift times may vary depending on site needs)

Hourly Rate: £12.71

Omnia Resource, a trusted provider of logistics and distribution solutions, is seeking a hardworking and physically fit Container Tipper to join our team at our Lutterworth location. This role involves hands-on physical work, ensuring the efficient loading and unloading of large items.

Key Responsibilities as a Container Tipper:
  • Load and unload goods from inbound and outbound vehicles.
  • Handle various large items with care and precision.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as required.
Requirements as a Container Tipper:
  • Comfortable with heavy lifting and physical work.
  • Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
  • Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential.
