Location: Heathrow / Feltham / Colnbrook Area

Shifts: Day & Night Shifts Available (Rostered Pattern or ADHOC)

We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join our client’s operation in the Heathrow area. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a busy industrial warehouse environment where efficiency, accuracy and teamwork are essential. You will be working on a rotating day or night shift within a fast‑paced cargo handling operation, supporting the safe processing and movement of goods.

Shift Schedule

  • Various patterns Days and nights

Key Responsibilities

  • Unloading inbound shipments safely and efficiently
  • Loading and unloading parcels weighing between 20kg and 30kg
  • Organising, controlling and maintaining accurate inventory
  • Packing goods securely to ensure safe transport
  • Weighing and labelling packages accurately
  • Ensuring all packages are correctly identified and routed to their destination
  • Securing cargo in line with operational and safety procedures
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and compliant warehouse environment
  • Working collaboratively as part of a dedicated and hardworking team
  • Always adhering strictly to company policies and Health & Safety procedures.

Requirements

  • Be eligible to live and work in the UK
  • Have previous warehouse experience
  • Hold a valid DBS certificate
  • Be able to provide a fully checkable 5‑year employment history
  • Be physically fit and capable of manual handling duties (20kg‑30kg parcels)
  • Be able to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
  • Be able to speak, read and write English
  • Be safety-focused with the ability to maintain a secure working environment.
