Great opportunity to work as a Warehouse Operative for our client's third-party logistics provider who collaborates with well-known fashion, home, and beauty brands. Staffline is recruiting for Warehouse Operatives in Ollerton, Newark.

The rate of pay is:

  • Days £12.81 per hour (from 5am - 10pm)
  • Overtime £19.20 per hour
  • Night Rate £15.19 per hour (from 10pm till 5am)
  • Overtime £21.60 per hour

This is a full-time role working 4 on 4 off, and the hours of work are:

  • 7pm to 7am
  • 7am to 7pm

Your Time at Work

As a Warehouse Operative, your duties include:

  • Picking, packing, and sorting goods.
  • Loading and unloading deliveries.
  • Conducting inventory checks and managing stock control.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.
  • Performing moderate heavy lifting, ensuring safe handling of materials.

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect Warehouse Operative will be a strong communicator who works well as a team but also on their own initiative with a can-do attitude. They will show strong attention to detail, accuracy, reliability, and punctuality. Due to the location of the site, your own transport is advised for this role. A good level of English is required due to Health and Safety protocols. Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
