The predicted salary is between 35000 - 45000 £ per year.

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the effective, safe, and compliant operation of the warehouse, leading people, processes, and performance to deliver service, cost, and stock integrity objectives.

  • Ensure a safe and compliant working environment in line with Health & Safety legislation
  • Manage all warehouse activities, including goods in, storage, picking, and dispatch
  • Lead, motivate, and develop warehouse teams across shifts
  • Set, monitor, and review operational KPIs
  • Conduct or support disciplinary/capability/grievance procedures as required
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure stock accuracy and integrity through effective inventory control
  • Ensure adequate staff levels to cover absences and peaks in workload
  • Manage labour and operational costs against budget
  • Maintain a high standard of depot housekeeping and sortation of recycled waste
  • Ensure site security
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Effectively cover the role of Operations Manager in their absence

Knowledge & Experience

  • Proven experience in a Warehouse Manager or senior warehouse leadership role
  • WMS and Microsoft programs knowledge
  • Strong people management and leadership capability
  • Good teamwork skills
  • Experience managing KPIs, productivity, and cost control
  • Good understanding of warehouse systems and compliance

  • Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
